REFUND POLICY >
Premier Listings
All listings are placed on a monthly basis. In the unlikely event that a
client wishes to cancel their order they must inform TradesUK.Net in
writing within 3 working days. A full refund minus any administration
and transaction fees will be given. After this period has passed Trades
UK will assume the Client's acceptance and fees paid are are
non-refundable. In such cases where the TradesUK.Net website is
unavailable e.g. due to server problems, broken links, viruses or
hackers, TradesUK.Net will allow extra days to replace the time of
unavailability. Once the product has been delivered, TradesUK.Net
assumes acceptance of the product if written notification detailing the
issues is not received within 3 working days. Any other problems will be
assessed on an individual basis. TradesUK.Net works closely with clients
to resolve any issues and overcome any disputes to a satisfactory
conclusion.
Mini Websites & Profile Pages
Mini Websites and Profile Pages incur one-off fees. In the unlikely
event that a client wishes to cancel their order they must inform
TradesUK.Net in writing within 3 working days. A full refund minus any
administration and transaction fees will be given. If the Client cancels
an order after 3 working days or due to dissatisfaction of the product,
TradesUK.Net will provide a refund minus any administration and
transaction fees. Once the product has been delivered, TradesUK.Net
assumes acceptance of the product if written notification detailing the
issues is not received within 3 working days. However, TradesUK.Net
works closely with clients to resolve any issues and overcome any
disputes to a satisfactory conclusion.
